With more than 20 years-experience in management positions and a degree in engineering, Krisztián Varga has joined Qualiskills in 2020 October. He has professional experience in electronics, automotive industry, chemicals and custom appliance manufacturing. During his career he oversaw several projects, production management, process development and lean management, leading small groups and major departments.

Ágnes started her professional career at the former sister company, Cemelog-BRS Ltd in 2012 as a validation assistant, quickly becoming the leader of software validation projects. After the merger of the two companies, Ágnes continued her work in Pharma Pack and got involved in business development, logistics, customer support and finance. Over the years she developed a special skillset which provides a unique and deep understanding of the entire workflow in Pharma Pack.
Taking the role of the General Manager and Project Manager in 2024, Ágnes is responsible for the Information Security Department, external IT and developer coordination, while running all implementation and software validation projects in one hand.

Dóra graduated as a Pharmacist from the Faculty of Pharmacy at Semmelweis University, where she developed a strong foundation in pharmaceutical sciences and a deep commitment to quality and patient safety. She began her professional career at a pharmaceutical consultancy, gaining valuable GxP experience and supporting numerous pharmaceutical manufacturers and wholesalers in the development and maintenance of their Quality Management Systems. In 2023, Dóra joined Pharma Pack’s QA Department. Drawing on her structured, system-oriented thinking and her dedication to continuous improvement, she played a key role in establishing the QMS at the new site successfully obtaining Health Authority licenses for primary, secondary packaging, wholesales and distribution activities. Since January 2026, Dóra has been leading the Quality Assurance Department.

Emese began her professional career in finance and controlling roles before transitioning into supply chain management within the pharmaceutical sector. She has over 15 years of diverse, multinational experience, including positions in controlling, strategy planning, project support and end-to-end supply chain operations. Emese joined Pharma Pack Hungary in April 2020 as part of the Supply Chain team, and since March 2025 she has been serving as Supply Chain Manager, leading procurement and logistics processes to ensure seamless production flow and timely deliveries. 

Bence holds degrees in Energy Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. Since November 2023, he has been working as Production Manager at Pharma Pack Hungary, where he is primarily responsible for organizing, optimizing, and developing manufacturing processes. His previous years of experience in mechanical and HVAC design provide him with a strong foundation in systems thinking, effective collaboration, and tackling complex technical challenges. As a project manager, he learned how to align various disciplines and stakeholders toward a common goal—an essential skill in Pharma Pack’s fast-paced and dynamic environment. His time spent in production automation further broadened his perspective and contributes to his ability to lead the production team with a comprehensive outlook and a hands-on approach.

Eszter has her degree in economics from Budapest Business University in 2020, which she later complemented with an MBA. She has several years of experience in executive assistance and human resources. She began her career in the automotive industry at a multinational company, then continued at small and medium-sized enterprises where she directly supported senior management and was actively involved in HR processes and financial administration. In 2024, she joined the Pharma Pack team as an Office Manager, where she is responsible for tasks related to human resources, finance, and supporting the overall operations of the company.
